In both short-term and long-term therapy, my approach is client-centered, tailored to your needs, and focused on creating a supportive, safe space for growth.

What to Expect: Focused sessions on problem-solving, developing coping strategies, and achieving clear goals.
Duration: A few sessions to several months.
Outcome: Practical tools and strategies to address immediate challenges.
Long-Term Therapy: In long-term therapy, I use a predominantly person-centered approach, allowing us to explore deeper emotional and psychological issues. I also offer an integrative approach, drawing from different therapeutic methods to suit your unique needs.
What to Expect: Deeper exploration of past experiences, emotional patterns, and self-discovery, with flexibility in techniques used to best support you.

What motivated you to become a counsellor, and what do you find most rewarding about your work?
I was motivated to become a counselor because of a deep passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and find healing. I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s stories and supporting them through difficult times. Over the years, I’ve seen how transformative it can be when someone feels truly heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their life.
What I find most rewarding about my work is witnessing a client’s growth and seeing them overcome obstacles, whether it’s gaining confidence, healing from past trauma, or finding clarity in their lives. It’s incredibly fulfilling to be a part of that process and to help someone realize their potential, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life. Knowing I’ve made a positive difference in someone’s life is what keeps me inspired and passionate about the work I do.
